This page explains what information the website bistrotbelami.fr collects, why, and how you stay in control of it. Last updated: 16 October 2026.
Who is responsible for your data
GASPARD SARL Unipersonnelle, which runs the Bel Ami restaurant, 34 rue Sergent Blandan, 69001 Lyon, France (RCS Lyon 829 995 034).

Audience measurement, only with your consent
If you click “Accept” in the banner shown on your first visit, we use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure how the website is used: pages viewed, length of visit, type of device, approximate city. We use these figures only to understand what interests our visitors.
If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded and nothing is stored on your device. The website works in exactly the same way.
Google’s advertising features (Google signals and ad personalisation) are turned off. Measurement data is kept for 14 months at most. Google may process it in the United States, under the Data Privacy Framework agreed between the European Union and the United States.
Online booking
Bookings are handled by Zenchef, our booking provider. Its module only loads when you click a “Book” button. The details you enter there (name, contact details, number of guests, special requests) are passed on to Zenchef and to the restaurant to manage your booking. At that point Zenchef stores technical items needed by the module, including protection against bots. Their use is described in Zenchef’s own privacy policy.
Contact by email or phone
